This week I am challenging myself to eat only Paleo approved food. What is Paleo you ask? Well let me tell you!! The Paleo diet is based on the notion that for optimal health, modern humans should go back to eating real, whole unprocessed foods that are more healthful than harmful to our bodies. So no processed canned food! All food that is in it's natural form.
Being in Japan it is a little harder finding everything that you need, but I will be doing my best!!
