Hey! Thanks for visiting! My name is Lacey and I'm a beachbody coach!

 I LOVE fitness and nutrition! I'm 27 years young and I'm in the best health and shape of my life!!  I owe it all to eating right, Shakeology, and beachbody workouts!! Being a Beachbody coach has helped me stay accountable in my own journey. It also lets me help others with their journeys. It's such a great feeling when I get a message or a text saying how much I have helped someone get to where they want to be, or get them feeling good about themselves again! 

I believe fitness and nutrition is a very important part of life. If you can get just a 30 min workout in a day, that can help out so much! All you have to do is just start moving! Even if you start out walking, you are still being more active than you would be sitting on the couch. Go out and play soccer or another sport with your kids. Kids need to see their parents being active, so they will be active and healthy too! My kids and I have been walking to and from school everyday. ( weather permitting) That is one thing you can do, plus it saves money on gas.

Nutrition is very important too! Start them eating healthy at an early age, so that is all they know. But, if are like how we were, we didn't really care what we were putting on our plates. We would always buy the bad sugary snacks, chips, and we would eat out a lot. I have learned so much in just a few month about what I should be putting in my body and what I shouldn't. We don't eat out as much as we used too! We still do, but for special occasions and I know what to order. 

In this blog I will help you out with all of your fitness & nutrition questions. I will post different workouts for different parts of the body. I will also post some recipes. I'm still on my journey of getting fit, I will be posting my progression pictures as well.
